Sharing great taste.
From our family to yours.
The Tallarico family’s story began in Lansing, Michigan, where Chris and Sue met and started their family, raising three daughters: Chelsea, Ashley, and Holly. After years of working in the restaurant industry for others, Chris—drawing on a long family tradition of entrepreneurship—decided it was time to open a business of his own.
He and Sue searched for the ideal location and eventually found it in Kentwood, Michigan. For the first few years, they commuted an hour each way, all while keeping their daughters closely involved in the journey. Weekends and summers were spent behind the counter or watching movies on bean bag chairs near the dry storage—memories that helped shape their family business.
Fast forward more than 20 years, and the entire family is still actively involved. Today, we proudly operate seven locations across Grand Rapids and are continuing to grow. Our mission remains the same: to provide high-quality, family-oriented dining experiences to as many local communities as possible.
